Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete bidding and proposal submission process
- Write customized proposals as per client requirements
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings
- Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully
- Maintain lead data and track sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly revenue and lead targets
- Generate new business leads through Upwork and other online platforms
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Digital Marketing preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Upwork bidding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in proposal writing and client pitching
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development)
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
