Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Andhra Pradesh market.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure effective product positioning and market penetration.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide sales executives/channel partners for better performance.
- Handle customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and business closures.
- Travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh for market development.
Sales Targets & KPIs:
Monthly Targets:
- Achieve assigned monthly sales revenue target.
- Generate minimum required new customer/dealer additions.
- Maintain regular customer visits and market coverage.
Quarterly Targets:
- Achieve 90–100% of quarterly sales plan.
- Increase market share in assigned territory.
- Develop new distribution channels.
Annual Targets:
- Deliver annual sales growth as per company business plan.
- Expand dealer/distributor network across Andhra Pradesh.
- Improve product visibility and brand presence.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales planning and execution skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
