Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and documentation for all workers and staff.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of tailors, helpers, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
- Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, and leave records;
- Address and resolve worker grievances promptly and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, training programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including ID cards, uniform issuance, and employee communication.
- Liaise with management and production teams to ensure smooth manpower availability and discipline
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
