Field Sales Executive

Gatezen is a fast-growing technology startup providing a smart Visitor Management System for residential societies and gated communities. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to help expand our presence by introducing our solution to residential communities across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential societies and gated communities within the assigned area.
- Meet Society Secretaries, Chairpersons, Committee Members, and Society Managers.
- Present and demonstrate the Gatezen Visitor Management System.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain professional relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel within the assigned territory.
- Should have own Laptop and Smartphone .
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation: Performance-based. Detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
