We are currently hiring for Lead Generation Executive for a renowned company.
Age- Max 32 years
Experience= 5 months to 1 year
Location= Nehru Place, Delhi
Type= Work From Office
Main Role= Lead Generation, Email Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Online Campaign & Marketing.
Preferred= Have done Lead Generation through Email or LinkedIn or Online marketing & sales
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across B2B/B2C channels
- Identify, research, and qualify potential prospects
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to build targeted lead lists
- Maintain and manage CRM databases
- Work closely with the sales team to align on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and MQL criteria
- Track and improve lead quality and conversion rates
2. Email Marketing & Automation
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns
- Create lead nurturing workflows and drip campaigns
- Segment audiences and personalize outreach for higher engagement
- Monitor email KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Ensure email compliance and deliverability best practices
3. SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
- Implement on-page and basic technical SEO strategies
- Track SEO performance using analytics tools
- Coordinate content creation aligned with SEO strategy
4. Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
- Manage budgets and monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
5. AI Tools & Marketing Technology
- Use AI tools for content creation, copywriting, lead research, and automation
- Leverage AI for campaign optimization, predictive analytics, and personalization
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
- Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM systems
Required Skills & Expertise
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of prompt writing and content optimization using:
OpenAI ChatGPT (prompt structuring, content drafting, workflow support)
Google Gemini (research and AI-assisted documentation)
Anthropic Claude (analysis and summarization)
- Familiarity with other AI applications and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn prospecting and contact research.
- Strong cold calling and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage enquiries and multitask effectively.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
