Job Description:
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dynamic and experienced Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong litigation experience and be well-versed in handling Family, Criminal, Civil, and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) matters. Candidates must have hands-on experience representing clients before courts and tribunals across Hyderabad. Legal Capital regularly handles matters before High Courts, DRTs, and various judicial forums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Family, Criminal, Civil, and DRT cases independently.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and legal authorities in Hyderabad.
- Draft legal notices, petitions, written statements, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions.
- Attend court hearings, client meetings, and case discussions.
- Ensure timely case management and compliance with legal procedures.
Requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Relevant experience in Family, Criminal, Civil, and DRT matters.
- Strong drafting, pleading, and argument skills.
- Experience in presenting cases before Hyderabad courts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
