Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Introduce the company’s logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in Excel/CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone and email.
- Schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Collect market and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily calling and lead generation reports.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹9,492.09 - ₹25,154.43 per month
