We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, responsible for sparking interest in our services and maintaining a professional brand image. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential leads using our internal database.
- Explain our services clearly and identify high-quality prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in our system.
- Schedule callbacks and manage your pipeline to ensure no lead goes cold.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and comfort using calling software or CRMs.
- Fluency in Hindi & Gujarati.
Education :Graduate or undergraduate (Any field).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
