Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced, creative, and customer-focused Hairdresser to join our Vizag branch. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, along with a friendly and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair smoothening, keratin, and other treatments.
2. Suggest suitable hairstyles and treatments based on clients’ face shape, preferences, and hair condition.
3. Maintain hygiene, sanitization, and cleanliness standards within the salon area.
4. Manage client consultations and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
5. Promote and recommend haircare products and treatments to clients.
6. Stay updated with new hair trends, techniques, and tools.
7. Support the overall goals of the clinic by working collaboratively with other staff members.
8. Maintain inventory of haircare products and tools and ensure proper usage.
9. Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,240.39 per month
