Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth and providing after-sales service support for CNC Press Brakes, CNC Shearing Machines, and CNC Turret Punching Machines. The role involves customer acquisition, technical consultations, machine demonstrations, order closure, installation coordination, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective service support.

Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in sheet metal fabrication industries.
Promote and sell CNC Press Brakes, CNC Shearing Machines, and CNC Turret Punching Machines.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and machine demonstrations.
Generate enquiries through cold calling, customer references, exhibitions, and market surveys.
Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machine configurations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with application, service, and production teams for successful project execution.
Service Responsibilities:
Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and customer training.
Provide technical troubleshooting and support for CNC systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health checks.
Support customers with spare parts identification and sales.
Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support when required.
Ensure high machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales and service of CNC sheet metal machinery or Machine tool industry
Willingness to travel :
50% (Preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
