Experience- 1-2 years in UpWork bidding
Applicant must be from West Bengal or nearby states like Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand
Requirements:
- Must have experience software service/product sales through UpWork.
- Experience in Email marketing, cold calling.
- Any exposure using Linkedin Sales Navigator will given advantage.
- Must have awesome proposal writing skills.
- Must have experience with sales of Web and/or Mobile Development projects for international client.
- Applicant should be a confident negotiator and have the ability to close a deal.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development through UpWork.
- He/she will be involved in communicating with the clients and achieving the targets.
- Responsible for market research, drafting and rollout of the business proposals, lead generation, client interaction, negotiation, follow-ups and also coordination with the technical team.
- Need to understand (High Level) various types of IT technology.
- Create presentations, slides, and other documents as required for a demonstration to the clients.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients.
