Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the airport store.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Drive store revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor store performance and prepare sales and inventory reports.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and head office teams for smooth store functioning.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
