Open Positions (2 each) Video Editor Intern * Edit raw footage into Instagram Reels, paid ad creatives, and short-form social content. * Execute from detailed briefs and shot lists. * Maintain QOHL's visual identity through pacing, captions, transitions, and brand consistency. * Deliver high-quality edits within fast turnaround timelines. Content Creative Intern * Write reel concepts, scripts, captions, and carousel copy. * Develop content ideas aligned with QOHL's brand voice. * Collaborate closely with video editors to convert ideas into finished content. * Contribute to campaign ideation and creative testing. --- Selection Process We believe work speaks louder than resumes. **Step 1** Submit: * 2–3 samples of your best work * Portfolio link (if available) **Step 2** Shortlisted candidates receive a real QOHL business case. **Step 3** Selection is based solely on the quality, creativity, and timeliness of your submission. This is not a practice internship—you will work on content that will actually be published. Performance Expectations We value ownership, consistency, and accountability. Assigned deadlines are expected to be met. Failure to submit assigned work or repeated missed deadlines may result in immediate discontinuation of the internship.
