We are hiring an experienced Sage X3 Developer for a US-based ERP client. This is a hands-on technical role focused on customization, implementation, and on-premise ERP development.
This is not a support or functional role — only candidates with real Sage X3 development experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Sage X3 ERP solutions
- Work on end-to-end ERP implementations
- Build workflows, reports, and automations
- Perform data migration, validation, and transformation
- Work on integrations within on-premise environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Collaborate with functional teams on business workflows
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- 4–8 years of ERP development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Sage X3 (mandatory)
- Experience in ERP customization and implementation
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience working in on-premise ERP environments
- Exposure to Manufacturing / Inventory / Supply Chain modules
- Comfortable working in US General Shift (IST evening overlap required)
Good to Have
- Crystal Reports or reporting tools
- API integrations in ERP environments
- Experience with multiple ERP systems

- Candidates without Sage X3 experience will not be considered
- This is a technical development role, not support
