Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes
- Support Chef de Partie / senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients
- Prepare mise-en-place and basic cooking tasks based on level
- Follow company SOPs and kitchen discipline
Role Level Expectations
- Commis 1 — Handles a section independently with minimal supervision
- Commis 2 — Supports section cooking and preparation work
- Commis 3 — Assists in basic prep, cleaning, and kitchen support tasks
Requirements
- Hotel management / culinary background preferred
- Relevant kitchen experience based on position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
