Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handling office management and housekeeping staff.
- Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Organise Meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Organise and maintain filing systems and company documents.
- Multitasking and Preparing Invoices and reimbursement.
- Prepare and arrange bills for the payment processing.
- Prepare detailed Travel itineraries and Manage bookings.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Coordinate board meetings and prepare meeting materials when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3–7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Pay: ₹12,533.03 - ₹46,165.02 per month
Work Location: In person
