Key Responsibilities
If you take up this role, your day-to-day will generally involve:
- Product Visibility: Ensuring your brand’s products are placed at eye level on retail shelves ("Share of Shelf").
- POSM Deployment: Setting up Point-of-Sale Materials like posters, banners, danglers, and stands at medical stores, supermarkets, or beauty parlors.
- Relationship Management: Building a strong rapport with retailers, store managers, and distributors to secure the best display spots.
- Stock Auditing: Checking for stock-outs, expiry dates (especially important in Pharma/Beauty), and ensuring fresh inventory is displayed.
- Competitor Tracking: Keeping an eye on what rival brands are doing regarding pricing, discounts, and visual displays, and reporting it back to your manager.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
