Position Description: To Manage and effectively Supervise the Electrical Production Department.
He should be having a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in production of Motors, Alternators and Specialty Electrical Machines. Of this, he should be having a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
B. Tech / M. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent Knowledge of winding configurations, connection diagrams and winding processes of AC and DC machines
- Good knowledge of relay operation and electrical panel wiring
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse, skilled team to achieve highest productivity levels
- Ability to consistently achieve the targeted production with Zero defects and as per the required quality standards
- Basic knowledge of ERP
