Job Summary
Sukhmani is seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's workforce requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify hiring needs and collaborate with department managers to define job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and best hiring practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
