Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Salary: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads interested in overseas education and immigration services.
- Understand student requirements and schedule appointments for visa counselors.
- Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins or consultations.
- Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the counseling team for lead updates and appointment confirmations.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain follow-ups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
