- B.E. / B.Tech – ECE / EEE

- Diploma – Mechanical / ECE / EEE / Mechatronics / Automation
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and production teams in day-to-day operations.
- Understand and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and process specifications.
- Support production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in machine/process monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform basic inspection and measurement of components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Learn and gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes and equipment.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of engineering/manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Strong learning attitude and interest in manufacturing/engineering.
