Position: Customer Care Executive
Experience: Freshers or 6 months to 1 Year experience in customer service (Hindi Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound customer calls and respond to customers queries in Hindi and English.
Preference for candidates who can be from "North States", due to process requirement.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English is mandatory(spoken is a must; written is a plus).
We welcome applicants from North India, with special consideration for individuals from (Pune, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Odisha, or Bhubaneswar etc), due to certain region-specific project requirements.
Education: Minimum Graduate preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in a voice process (BPO or call center) is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Typing, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
Not a Sales or Target orientated work, purely Voice process.
