Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Content Writer who can create clear, simple, and professional content for our software products. The role involves preparing user-friendly knowledgebase articles, tutorial video scripts, marketing content, and posters. The candidate should be able to understand software features and explain them in a way that is easy for users to follow.
Key Responsibilities
- Write software knowledgebase articles, FAQs, and step-by-step guides.
- Prepare tutorial video scripts for different software modules.
- Create content for posters, brochures, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to understand new features.
- Ensure all content is clear, concise, and user-focused.
- Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and branding.
Required Skills
- Strong English writing skills.
- Ability to understand and simplify software workflows.
- Experience in writing for SaaS, mobile apps, or tech products (preferred).
- Ability to prepare video scripts and structured documentation.
- Basic understanding of design for posters/social media (Canva or similar).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1–3 years of content writing experience (Freshers with good skills can also apply).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ramanattukara, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
