Candidate must have 1+ year of exp from B2B Tele sales/counsler/costumer support
- Consultative Selling & Quoting: Guide prospective clients through printing options (e.g., paper weight, finishes, binding), offering tailored solutions and providing pricing quotes.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Contact past clients, businesses, and inbound leads to upsell, cross-sell, or secure bulk print orders.
- Order Processing & Accuracy: Gather exact design and printing specifications (dimensions, bleed, resolution) and accurately process the order into the management system.
- Query Resolution & Customer Care: Address inquiries regarding order status, shipping, or resolving grievances about print quality.
- Database Management: Log detailed notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool regarding customer needs and preferences for future outreach.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with the prepress and production teams to ensure client files and delivery timelines are perfectly aligned.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
