Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven growth enthusiast to lead our paid media efforts. You will be responsible for managing budgets across various digital platforms, optimizing campaigns for the best possible ROI, and ensuring that every rupee spent contributes to our clients' brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Data Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA) to ensure campaigns are hitting their targets.
- Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and creative assets to improve conversion rates.
- Strategy: Develop full-funnel marketing strategies—from building brand awareness to retargeting and final conversion.
- Reporting: Create easy-to-understand weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting wins, losses, and clear next steps.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm high-performing ad visuals and copy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Agency experience is a plus).
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics (GA4) to find patterns in numbers.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tracking pixels, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and conversion API setup.
- Language: Ability to communicate strategies clearly in simple, everyday language.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
