- Maintain daily records of stock inward and outward movement.
- Receive computer products and verify quantity, condition, and specifications against purchase documents.
- Manage inventory of laptops, desktops, accessories, networking devices, peripherals, and spare parts.
- Organize and store products systematically for easy identification and access.
- Ensure proper labeling and categorization of all stock items.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Monitor stock availability and report low inventory levels timely.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, delivery challans, and stock records.
- Issue products as per approved requests and maintain issuance records.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock requirements and replenishment.
- Check and report damaged, missing, or defective products.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of computer and electronic equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area.
- Update inventory records in Excel or inventory management software.
- Support product dispatch and packaging activities when required.
- Handle walk-in customers and assist them with product availability and basic product information.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with the sales team for product recommendations and purchase support.
- Ensure smooth customer service during product collection, exchange, or delivery processes.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer interactions at the store.
- Assist customers in locating required products and ensuring timely service.
- Follow company inventory policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and accountability of store assets and records.
- Ensure stock accuracy and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Perform any additional store-related responsibilities assigned by management.
