Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach / Sports
Therapist to join our multidisciplinary longevity clinic. The successful candidate will assess
movement, physical performance, and functional capacity, then design individualized
exercise programs for clients of different ages and fitness levels. The role involves working
closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve strength, mobility,
fitness, injury recovery, sports performance, and healthy aging.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct movement, posture, mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength assessments.
Develop individualized exercise, rehabilitation, and strength & conditioning programs.
Provide one-to-one coaching for clients with fitness, sports performance,
musculoskeletal, metabolic, or age-related conditions.
Monitor client progress and modify programs based on outcomes.
Educate clients on exercise technique, injury prevention, recovery, and healthy lifestyle
habits.
Maintain accurate assessment records and progress notes.
Work collaboratively with doctors and allied health professionals.
Support workshops, wellness programs, and community health initiatives when
required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology,
Physiotherapy, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical, fitness, rehabilitation, or sports performance
experience.
Good understanding of exercise prescription, biomechanics, and strength &
conditioning principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Certification or practical experience in Yoga.
Certification or practical experience in Pilates (Mat, Reformer, or Trapeze).
NSCA, ACSM, ASCA, EXOS, FMS, or equivalent certification.
Experience with objective performance testing systems such as VALD, VO₂ testing, Force
Plates, or similar technologies.
