Senior Healthcare Recruiter (Provider, Clinical & Practice Staffing)
Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter who understands how healthcare staffing works in real clinicaland practice environments, and who knows how to find qualified candidates through targeted research,professional networks, specialty channels, direct outreach, and long-term pipeline development.The right candidate should be able to recruit for physician and provider-level roles, practice administrators,clinical managers, billing and revenue cycle positions, nurses, technicians, coordinators, front office staff,call center staff, and other healthcare support roles.
This person must be comfortable moving betweensenior-level searches and high-volume clinical or administrative staffing needs.We need someone who can research, search, outreach, follow up, create an extensive candidate pipeline andbuild long-term candidate relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience recruiting across the full healthcare staffing spectrum, including provider-level, clinicalleadership, licensed clinical, allied health, revenue cycle, administrative, and patient-facing practicesupport roles
.● Experience building relationships with universities, residency/fellowship programs, clinical trainingprograms, healthcare schools, alumni networks, professional associations, and military/veterantransition talent channels where relevant.
● Strong working knowledge of specialty-specific healthcare recruiting portals and professionalnetworks used to source physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, allied health professionals,technicians, and practice support staff across different healthcare domains.
● Experience reviewing and verifying healthcare licenses, certifications, NPI information, board status,expiration dates, and role-specific credential requirements for providers, nurses, allied health staff,and clinical support roles through appropriate primary-source verification channels.
● Experience supporting provider and clinical recruitment where work authorization, visa status,foreign medical education, ECFMG status, sponsorship considerations, or employer-transfertimelines may be relevant.
● Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.Required Experience and Qualifications:
● Minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience required.
● Minimum 5+ years of direct healthcare recruiting, clinical staffing, medical staffing, or providerrecruitment experience required.
● Strong understanding of healthcare staffing across outpatient practices, specialty clinics, surgerycenters, hospitals, urgent care, diagnostics, or similar healthcare environments.
● Experience creating sourcing strategies for different levels of roles, including physicians/providers,managers, licensed clinical staff, allied health roles, and front-office or patient-facing positions.
● Strong technical sourcing skills, including Boolean search, Google/X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing,resume database search, competitor research, specialty keyword searches, and market mapping.
● Experience using ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, healthcare job boards,recruiting trackers, spreadsheets, and structured candidate pipelines.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage providers,clinical staff, managers, and healthcare support candidates.
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or arelated field preferred. Strong healthcare recruiting experience may be considered in place of adegree.
Key Responsibilities: The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will lead recruitment searches from intake through candidate presentation,interview coordination, offer support, and follow-up. This role will require the recruiter to understand thereal hiring need behind each position, define the right candidate profile, evaluate market availability, andcreate a practical search strategy for provider, leadership, clinical, revenue cycle, and patient-facinghealthcare roles. The recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines,engaging qualified talent before roles become urgent, screening candidates with sound judgment, andpresenting only well-qualified candidates with clear reasoning. This person will be expected to take fullownership of each assigned search, communicate progress clearly, identify market challenges early, andadjust the recruiting strategy when needed to produce the right results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
