Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and support customer interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Promote products or services over the phone.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma (12th pass).
- Preferred: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates (0–3 years).
