We are looking for Senior Manager – Accounts
Experience: 14–16 Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Location: Chennai
- Minimum 14–16 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with strong experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Hands-on experience in bank loan processing, project finance and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, sanction, disbursement, repayment and related financial requirements.
- Experience in handling project-wise accounting, cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Handle finalization of accounts, MIS, receivables, payables and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor project costs, expenses and financial controls.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.
- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate Developer / Builder companies will be preferred.
Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
