Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills with a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead and manage the business development team
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate revenue and achieve business targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
