* Administer benefits such as insurance, provident fund, and leave.
4. Performance Management
* Set performance goals and appraisal systems.
* Conduct performance reviews.
* Recommend promotions and salary increments.
5. Training and Development
* Identify skill gaps.
* Organize technical and soft-skills training.
* Support employee career growth.
6. Employee Relations
* Resolve workplace conflicts.
* Handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
* Promote a positive work environment.
7. Compliance and Legal Matters
* Ensure compliance with labor laws.
* Maintain employee records.
* Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
8. Attendance and Leave Management
* Track attendance and working hours.
* Approve and maintain leave records.
* Monitor absenteeism.
9. Health, Safety, and Welfare
* Promote workplace safety.
* Coordinate health and wellness initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
10. Employee Engagement
* Organize team-building activities.
* Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
* Improve employee morale and retention.
Pay: ₹15,515.66 - ₹54,501.50 per month
