Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential authors through calls and follow-ups.
* Explain Swan Book Publishing services professionally.
* Understand authors' publishing requirements.
* Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
* Build long-term relationships with clients.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Coordinate with the publishing team after successful onboarding.

Eligibility
* Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
* Graduate or Undergraduate.
* Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Target-oriented mindset.
