Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to prepare college students for campus placements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to train students in verbal ability, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and interview skills. The trainer will play a key role in improving students' employability and placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct soft skills training sessions for college students.
- Train students in verbal ability, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken English.
- Develop students' communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare students for aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions based on student needs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate and mentor students to improve their confidence and career readiness.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 1–2 years of experience in soft skills training, placement training, or related roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learner levels.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
Preferred Skills
- Campus placement training experience.
- Knowledge of interview preparation and employability skills.
- Ability to engage large groups of students effectively.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
