We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Resort Manager to oversee the overall operations of the resort, ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and profitability.
The Resort Manager will be responsible for daily operations, team coordination, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and smooth functioning of all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, activities, and administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambience, safety, and service quality standards.
- Monitor occupancy, reservations, and guest requirements.
Guest Relations
- Ensure exceptional guest hospitality and satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with guests and corporate clients.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain discipline and positive work culture.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote resort packages, events, and activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for business growth.
- Develop partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.
- Increase occupancy and revenue generation.
Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue.
- Ensure cost control without compromising guest experience.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
Food & Beverage Coordination
- Supervise restaurant and kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
- Coordinate banquet and event arrangements.
Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of resort infrastructure.
- Monitor safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and hospitality standards.
Event & Activity Management
- Coordinate guest activities, retreats, weddings, corporate events, and eco-tourism experiences.
- Ensure successful execution of events and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum [3–8] years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
- Experience in hospitality, eco-tourism, wellness resorts, or luxury stays preferred.
