Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion:
Proactively engage with incoming leads through outbound calling and consistent follow-ups to convert interest into active prospects.
Develop a deep understanding of our real estate portfolio to confidently present project USPs, amenities, and pricing structures to potential buyers.
Act as a real estate advisor by identifying specific client needs, budgets, and preferences to suggest the most suitable residential or plot options.
Successfully drive the sales funnel by fixing site visits and ensuring seamless coordination between the client and the on-site sales closing team.
Meticulously maintain daily call logs and update lead statuses in the CRM/tracking system to ensure data accuracy.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead engagement and site visit scheduling to support the company’s growth objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
