Job Summary
OZ Solution is looking for motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to prospective Australian clients, identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through outbound calling to Australian businesses.
- Introduce company services professionally and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain a professional approach.
- Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Experience in Australian lead generation or international voice process is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
