Job Summary:
The F&B Service Captain is responsible for supervising restaurant service operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, coordinating with service staff, and maintaining service standards. The role involves leading the team during shifts, handling guest concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the service team during operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate table assignments and monitor service efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Train and guide service staff on service standards and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
