Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the shop.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and daily visitor data.
- Coordinate with sales staff and management.
- Manage appointments, orders, and follow-ups.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Handle basic billing, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Provide product information and guide customers as required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, Email).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Prior experience is preferred; freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
