Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads for home construction projects
- Meet prospective clients and explain company services
- Handle end-to-end customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop business strategies for assigned territories
- Maintain relationships with:
o Real estate agents
o Land developers
o Consultants
o Banks and institutions
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation
- Present business growth plans after onboarding/training
- Participate in sales review meetings and pipeline discussions
- Ensure professional client presentations and meetings
