We're looking for a passionate Skin & Product Training Manager to deliver world-class product education, skincare training, and hands-on workshops for salon and clinic professionals across South India.
- Location: Bangalore / Chennai
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Field-Based)
- Salary: Up to ₹8.5 LPA
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Working Days: 5 Days/Week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Travel: Extensive travel across South India
✨ What You'll Do
✔ Deliver professional training on skin science, skincare products & treatment protocols
✔ Conduct live product demonstrations and facial treatment sessions
✔ Train therapists, aestheticians, salon professionals & clinic teams
✔ Create engaging training modules and educational content
✔ Build long-term relationships with partner salons and aesthetic clinics
✔ Collect market insights to enhance training effectiveness
✔ Ensure best practices in product usage, treatment techniques & safety standards
✅ We're Looking For
✔ 2–4 Years of Experience as a Therapist, Skin Educator, Aesthetic Professional, or Product Trainer
✔ CIDESCO Certification or Advanced Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology
✔ Strong understanding of skin science, facial treatments & professional skincare products
✔ Excellent communication, presentation & training skills
✔ Comfortable conducting classroom & practical training sessions
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across South India
