We are looking for a smart and sales-oriented Retail Sales Executive for our furniture showroom.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable furniture/products
- Explain product features, pricing, customization options, and ongoing offers
- Convert customer inquiries into sales
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain good relationships
- Coordinate with team for orders, billing, and delivery updates
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle WhatsApp and social media inquiries if required
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Sales experience in furniture, retail, interiors, or home décor will be preferred
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
