Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily human resources operations, support employee engagement, and assist in recruitment and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
