What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting site visits for premium and luxury residential projects
Managing end-to-end sales cycles, inquiry → site visit → negotiation → booking
Building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline & CRM discipline
Educating clients on prime locations, investment potential & lifestyle value
Handling HNI clients with professionalism and consultative selling
Driving consistent follow-ups and conversions with precision
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Luxury preferred)
Strong skills in client handling, negotiation & closing high-value deals
Understanding of premium micro-markets ( Chennai )
Excellent Communication in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
Two-wheeler mandatory (field-intensive role)
A target-driven mindset with hunger to earn big
Ability to sell lifestyle, not just square foot

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
