Position: Service AdvisorJob Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service concerns.
- Prepare job cards and explain repairs/service recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair cost and delivery time.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Conduct vehicle walk-around inspection before service.
- Upsell value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
- Follow up with customers regarding feedback and pending work.
- Maintain proper documentation and service records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and automobile systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and dealership management software understanding preferred.
- Candidate should be presentable and professional.
Education:
- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: Best in Industry / As per experience
Preferred:
- Experience in dealership/workshop environment.
- Experience in passenger vehicle service industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
