Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
We are hiring a Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain services, and maintain customer relationships. Candidates should possess excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Kannada. Responsibilities include following up with clients, maintaining call records, achieving daily targets, and supporting the sales team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude are preferred. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
- Contact potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
