We are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic Sexual Health Coach to help individuals and couples improve their sexual well-being, relationship satisfaction, confidence, communication, and overall quality of life. The coach will provide education, lifestyle guidance, emotional support, and behavior-change coaching while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Assessment & Coaching
- Conduct confidential one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Understand clients' concerns, goals, and challenges.
- Develop personalized action plans to support sexual wellness.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing guidance.
Sexual Wellness Education
- Educate clients about sexual health, intimacy, consent, and communication.
- Provide evidence-based information on sexual wellness.
- Help clients develop a healthy understanding of sexuality and relationships.
- Address myths and misconceptions related to sexual health.
Relationship & Intimacy Support
- Guide individuals and couples in improving communication.
- Support clients in building emotional and physical intimacy.
- Help clients develop healthy relationship habits.
- Provide strategies to improve relationship satisfaction.
Lifestyle & Wellness Guidance
- Promote healthy lifestyle habits that support sexual well-being.
- Educate clients about stress management, sleep, fitness, and nutrition.
- Encourage practices that improve overall physical and emotional health.
Motivation & Accountability
- Help clients set realistic goals.
- Provide ongoing encouragement and support.
- Track client progress and celebrate milestones.
- Maintain regular follow-up sessions.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain confidential client records.
- Follow ethical coaching standards and privacy guidelines.
- Refer clients to licensed healthcare professionals when medical or psychological treatment is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Health Sciences, Nursing, Human Development, or related field.
- Certification in Sexual Health Education, Relationship Coaching, Health Coaching, or Counseling preferred.
- Experience in coaching, counseling, wellness, or relationship guidance is an advantage.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
