Job Summary
Star Publicity is looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our client base for Outdoor Advertising solutions, including Hoardings, LED Screens, Transit Media, and OOH Branding. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling products or services to businesses, generating new business opportunities, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Pitch Star Publicity's outdoor advertising solutions to business owners, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct client meetings (telephonic/virtual/in-person) and understand advertising requirements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B product or service sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
