1-Drive business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Domestic Education Loans
2-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) to maximize productivity and performance
3-Develop and strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other education partners to generate quality business
4-Identify new business opportunities and expand the institutional network within the assigned territory
5-Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and team performance to ensure target achievement
6-Conduct regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
1-5 to 8 years of experience in Sales within BFSI
2-Prior experience in Education Loans, Retail Lending, Personal Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or NBFC/Banking sales is preferred
3-Strong understanding of Domestic Education Loan products and lending processes
4-Knowledge of sales management, customer acquisition, and relationship management
5-Familiarity with the education ecosystem and institutional sales is an added advantage
