We are Hiring: Chartered Accountant – Investment Banking & Startup Funding
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team working in loan syndication, debt funding, startup funding and private equity transactions.
Role
* Lead the team handling startup funding, debt funding and investment transactions
* Work closely with startup founders, SME business owners, corporates, private equity funds, angel investors, VCs and merchant bankers
* Preparation of financial models, business models, project reports, business plans, pitch decks and information memorandums
* Assist in valuation, cap tables, investment agreements and funding documentation
* Support startup funding transactions and investor coordination
* Mentor startups on financial strategy and fundraising readiness
Candidate Profile
* Fluent English and Malayalam are mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage
* Strong communication and networking skills
* Go getter attitude with ability to build strong contacts
* Smart, extroverted and confident in client interactions
* Passion for investments, startup ecosystem and private equity
